US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has accused the Palestinians of undermining peace efforts and the pursuit of “unilateral recognition of a hypothetical Palestinian state”. The decision, greeting from Israel, is unusual, as the US is expected to facilitate the movement of officials of all countries who want to visit the UN headquarters.
