From May 1, Italy will abolish the measure that required citizens to show a vaccination certificate to enter cafes, restaurants, and workplaces. The certificate will continue to be required only for access to hospitals, health services and nursing homes.
At the same time, as APE-MPE reported earlier, the mandatory use of the protective mask will remain in force only in the interiors of hospitals, public transport, theaters, cinemas, schools and sports centers.
According to the online edition of the Corriere della Sera newspaper and confirmed by the Italian Minister of Tourism Massimo Garavalia, from May 1 the obligation to fill in the electronic PLF form by all citizens arriving in the country from abroad is abolished.
