The victory was overwhelming, as to speak out in favor of Erminio Sinni at the final of the first edition of The Voice Senior it was 53.71% of the vote. To triumph in Raiuno’s talent Over Sessanta it was he, the Tuscan singer who, on his first appearance at the Blind Audition, he immediately thanked the Umberto I Hospital in Rome for assisting him during his convalescence for Covid-19 which he had contracted months ago. To reward Sinni, who managed to captivate the public thanks to his piano version of beauty without soul it’s at hand to hand, was the director of Raiuno Stefano Coletta: “It is never too late for a happy childhood and you have proved it” he explained by fully hitting the strong point of the program conducted by Antonella Clerici: the desire to live the dream the moment you participate and not to postpone it to a future that risks never coming.

Born in Grosseto on 5 February 1961, Erminio Sinni is a singer-songwriter by profession: over the years he has collaborated with several Italian artists including Paola Turci and Riccardo Cocciante, his great idol, and participated as an author at the Sanremo Festival for the first time in 1989 with the song All sensitive hearts and the second in 1993, when he finished fifth thanks to True love. His most famous song, however, is another: And You Before Me, that Sinni brought to the Blind Audition and that in the past managed to make it popular especially in Central and Southern Italy.
