The premium Chinese brand VOYAH, which was created in 2018, is entering the Russian market. Cars of this brand were previously available for purchase in Russia, but only from unofficial dealers. Now VOYAH novelties can be purchased through the official importer Motorinvest, which will open pre-orders in the coming weeks.
VOYAH is owned by DongFeng Motor Company, which has 53 years of experience in the automotive industry. The new premium brand focuses on the production of high-tech electric vehicles around the world. In Russia, VOYAH has ambitious goals – to lead the premium segment of the electric vehicle market through the development of an official dealer network along with a full range of services and unique technological features of its products. To date, the company has already signed 15 contracts in major cities of Russia and will present its first models in the near future.
No rebranding or significant changes are expected. Cars will come to the Russian market directly from China. By the end of this year, a five-seater VOYAH Free electric crossover with two trunks for 75 and 560 liters, air suspension with the ability to adjust ground clearance from 113 to 213 mm, expensive finishing materials, a blackout glass roof, panoramic cameras and a recessed front panel with three screens. In Russia, the Long Range version will be sold with a range of up to 500 km and a top speed of 200 km/h. Next year, Motorinvest will introduce the VOYAH Dreamer electric minivan in Russia, the cost of which is about 10 million rubles from the “unofficials”.
