In addition to recognizing what your talents are in the workplace it is equally important be aware of your limits with the aim (hopefully) of trying to overcome them. After all, as the experts in occupational psychology agree, the key to making a career is not believing yourself to be omnipotent and in understanding what one’s shortcomings are in order to improve, in a process that – let’s be clear – involves us all. As known, astrology can tell us many of our faults, helping us to understand and evolve. That’s why we asked theastrologer Terry Alaimo to reveal the gaps in the work of each of the 12 signs of the zodiac.

Aries

The forerunner of the zodiac is all fire, impetus and ardor. Extremely dynamic, he sins of impatience and often risks crushing colleagues because he loves to excel.

Toro

The solid, super-tidy and conservative Earth sign is known to love his job viscerally. But also to be hard and intolerant with partners, bosses and collaborators that he cannot bear.

Twins

Brilliant, nervous, intelligent, he has the support of Mercury on his side which makes him communicative, nice and polite. It sells well with its gab, but is the king of disorder and does not know what organization and punctuality are.

Cancer

It is the sign of the Moon, which means that it will always be provident and intuitive, but also vulnerable and fickle. Despite being a hard worker, he has a weakness that puts a spoke in his wheel: he cannot ask for explanations if he has doubts and does not know how to face situations head on.

Leone

The fiery Sun-ruled Fire sign is the classic honest and bright worker, but he is definitely too demanding with those close to him (and with himself), as well as being fussy and polemical.

Virgin

Never intrusive, reasonable, tireless and rigorous, he works and knows how to go far. But flaws of an exasperated perfectionism, in addition to being little capable of empathy, sometimes icy.

Weight scale

The sign of peace and beauty supported by the grace of Venus is on polite, careful, measured and creative work, but it is also victim of strong insecurity, which sometimes distances him from the finish line or risks making him incocluding.

Scorpio

The fiery sign influenced by Mars and Pluto stands out for its ambition and will. The problem is that too often tends to focus on the small details, forgetting the big picture and creating delays and slowdowns. It is also sometimes ambiguous and not very direct.

Sagittario

Passionate, jovial, this Fire sign exudes optimism from every pore. Work for him is a fundamental sphere, but he must feel at ease to give his best. Doesn’t handle stress well, when he feels routine air he runs away and is easily distracted.

Capricorn

Influenced by the slow and uncompromising planet Saturn, at work this Earth sign proves to be reliable, efficient, endowed with concreteness. Its weak point is excessive self-criticism and the inability to delegate and ask for help when needed.

aquarium

At work he is very helpful, competent and creative, but distraction is always dangerously lurking, see during meetings. Furthermore, he risks being opportunistic, never exposing himself in the first person.

Fish

The most conciliatory water sign of the zodiac is very patient and empathetic. Too bad it is hyper apprehensive and sometimes passive. Its main weakness lies in the inability to say no to healthy people, letting themselves be overwhelmed by situations.
