“The Well 2” a fiction and horror film produced by the streaming platform Netflix, got its first trailer and a release date this Thursday (11). The first feature film, released in 2019, was a success among the public.
“Are you ready to return to the depths? My new film, ‘The Well 2’, arrives on October 4th,” Netflix revealed on social media.

The film’s sequel was confirmed in May last year, when the streaming service revealed that the first release had become the most popular Spanish film in Netflix’s history.
In the first “The Hole”, the viewer follows what happens in a “vertical prison”, which has two people per level. In the middle of the place there is a food platform, which changes floors every two minutes, creating a rivalry between the prisoners, who need to eat. Those on the higher floors end up having more food, while those on the lower floors have to make do with crumbs.
Like the first, “The Hole 2” will have Galder Gaztelu-Urrutia as director.
