In Xiaomi 12S Ultra, the main camera has a resolution of 50 megapixels at f / 1.9 aperture and a focal length of 23 mm. To make the shots as close as possible, the blogger chose a 28 mm lens with f / 5.6 aperture for the 24-megapixel Leica M10 with manual focus.
The result of the comparison was unexpected: the smartphone won in almost all cases – apparently, thanks to smart algorithms, higher resolution and autofocus. Shots on Xiaomi 12S Ultra almost always retained better texture, showed better sharpness and less noise.
