Intel unveiled Tiger Lake-H35 mobile processors earlier this month, which turned out to be not what many expected, based on multiple leaks.
Recall that Tiger Lake-H35 are high-performance mobile CPUs, but only quad-core. And we have seen leaks on eight-core models more than once.
Intel later confirmed that such CPUs will come out, but towards the end of the year. Now there is hope that it will have to wait a little less.
A spokesman for XGM said that the launch of such processors is expected at the end of the second quarter, that is, in June.
Currently known XMG laptops (excluding CORE 14) will only be available with Tiger Lake when Tiger Lake-H45 with 6-8 cores arrives. The launch of the H45 has not yet been announced but is rumored to take place at the end of the second quarter of this year.
