To select the right paraphernalia to create an impeccable neutral make-up, a preparatory step is necessary: ​​establishing your undertone, or what is called the skin “temperature”, which is used to identify the right colors for all the elements necessary to achieve it. This step is very delicate and often turns out to be a real puzzle. The turning point is suggested by the expert, who recommends using the most proven method. «Given that there are no rigid and infallible rules on this subject, because there can be infinite variations and variables, the color of the dark circles is an indicative element: if it is brownish it is warm, if it is purplish or reddish it is cold. Together with this verification, another quite reliable step is also the wrist vein test: if they tend to green it is hot, if they appear blue it is cold ».

BASIC PRECAUTIONS
The main product of this type of make-up is the foundation. The nuance must be as close as possible to your undertone. The cut of the eyes should be highlighted, in a barely hinted and almost invisible way, with a brown or black pencil. “The choice of eyeshadow has an apparently limited palette because it includes shades of beige, peach and brown, but their respective infinite variations can be used,” says the expert. “The rule always applies: the lighter shades go on the mobile eyelid while the darker ones fade near the eyelid rim”.
