Last week, renowned informant Evan Blass released images of Motorola’s upcoming budget smartphone. Then he did not reveal the name of the device, but today he announced that it is a Moto E20 model.
Notable in the image is a 5MP camera teardrop display and a honeycomb pattern on the lid. The main camera is dual, with a vertical arrangement of modules with a resolution of 13 and 2 megapixels. It is complemented by a flash. On the right side of the device there is a voice assistant button, a volume control and a power button.
On the left is the SIM card slot. Above you can find a 3.5mm audio jack, and below is a USB-C and microphone and speaker holes. Apparently, there is no fingerprint sensor.
According to Blass, the device is codenamed Aruba and indexed XT2155-1. The display size is 6.5 inches, the resolution is HD +. The basis of the smartphone is an unknown octa-core processor clocked at 1.6 GHz. It is allegedly not manufactured by Qualcomm.
The smartphone running Android 11 will come with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of flash storage. The battery capacity will be 4000 mAh. According to unconfirmed information, in some markets, the device will be presented as the Lenovo K14.
Blass also announced the existence of the Moto E30. However, apart from the codename Cyprus, nothing is known about it yet.
