The second quarter will be a period of overcoming all the issues that exist. And if we have a positive scenario, we will start producing, the market this year may reach 0.8-0.85 million cars. In fact, this is a fall by the same 50%. If this resumption of production is later than the third quarter, then the market will be even smaller
That is, a two-fold decline in sales is a positive scenario, implying an early resumption of car production in Russia. If this does not happen soon, the market will collapse even more.
For comparison, last year the market for passenger cars and LCVs (light commercial vehicles) in Russia amounted to 1.67 million units, which is 4.3% more than in 2020.
