It includes identical heatsink sections of 53 aluminum plates each strung on five nickel-plated copper heat pipes with a diameter of 8 mm. The tubes pass through a nickel-plated copper base. The base surface in contact with the processor cover is polished to a mirror finish.
There are two fans mounted on the radiator. The smaller one, 120 mm, pumps air into the first section, and the larger, 140 mm, installed between the sections, drives this stream further. The kit includes mounting clips allowing you to mount up to three fans up to 140mm in size.
The included TL-C12 120mm fan spins at up to 1850 RPM ± 10% for a flow of up to 139.4m3/ h, and the TL-D14X 140 mm fan develops a speed of up to 1800 rpm, which corresponds to a performance of 162.3 m3/ h Both fans are equipped with fluid dynamic bearings.
The dimensions of the product with the installed fans are 140 x 146 x 160 mm, the weight is 1.34 kg. The mount is compatible with AM4, LGA1200, LGA115x and LGA2066 sockets. The manufacturer does not quote the price.
