Thermalright has introduced the Frost Spirit 140 Black V3 processor cooling system. Its twin tower design includes aluminum heatsinks connected to a copper base by four 8mm diameter copper heat pipes.
Two fans with hydrodynamic bearings are mounted on the radiator. A 120 mm TL-C12 fan installed on the outside of one of the sections blows air into the radiator, and a TL-D14B 140 mm fan installed between the sections drives it further through the second unit. Both fans rotate at speeds up to 1500 rpm, creating a flow of 112.5 m3/ h and 132.3 m3/ h, respectively. The noise level of each of them does not exceed 25.6 dB.
The dimensions of the cooling system are 140 x 146 x 158 mm, weight – 1.28 kg. The complete bracket provides the ability to install on processors in the AM4, LGA1200, LGA115x and LGA2066 design. The manufacturer does not quote the price.
