Thermalright has unveiled the Silver Arrow ITX-R Rev A processor cooling system. It is an evolution of the model released since 2017. While retaining its main features, the novelty differs in the size of the fins, due to which the lower part of the heatsink has become smaller and does not interfere with the memory modules located next to the processor, even if they have high heatsinks. Along the way, the mass of the radiator has decreased by 30 g.
As before, the heatsink is made of aluminum fins, divided into two blocks, which are strung on six copper heat pipes. The tubes are passed through a heat sink base. Base and tubes are nickel plated to resist corrosion.
The second difference is the 130mm fan. It is still located between the plate blocks, but now it is a Thermalright TY 129B fan with an increased rotation speed: 600-1500 rpm versus 300-1300 rpm.
Product dimensions are 155 x 103 x 147 mm, weight – 630 g. It is suitable for AM4, LGA1200, LGA115x and LGA2066 processors with TDP up to 240 W. The manufacturer does not name the price.
