Thermalright TA 120 EX processor cooling system is built according to the classic scheme

Thermalright has added the TA 120 EX processor system to its catalog. This cooling system is built according to the classic scheme. The construction includes a copper heat sink base. The base surface in contact with the processor cover is polished to a mirror finish. Five copper heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm are passed through the base. Base and tubes are nickel plated to resist corrosion.

Heat pipes are used to transfer heat to a block of 52 aluminum plates spaced 1.6 mm apart. The radiator is equipped with a Thermalright TL-C12 PRO-G fan. This 120mm FDB fan rotates at up to 1850 RPM. Its productivity reaches 139.4 m3/ h, and the noise level does not exceed 29.6 dBA.

The TA 120 EX, including the fan, measures 124 x 70 x 154 mm and weighs 680 g. The list of supported processor sockets includes AM4, LGA1200, LGA115x and LGA2066. The manufacturer does not name the price.
