Thermaltake has added a new model to the Riing Trio fan series – the Riing Trio 12 RGB Transform Radiator fan. According to the manufacturer, it is the world’s first fan with “three independent LED rings with 16.8 million colors.”
The new model inherits all the advantages of the original Riing Trio series, and the most important difference is the presence of a second impeller in the kit. A conventional impeller is installed on the fan as standard, but if desired, it can be removed and replaced with an alternative one, which creates a reverse air flow. Thanks to this impeller, the fan does not need to be rotated, that is, the backlight remains visible in all its splendor.
In addition, the new fan has a maximum rotational speed that has been increased to 2000 rpm.
In terms of backlighting, the Riing Trio 12 RGB Transform Radiator has a total of 30 addressable LEDs: 12 in the outer outer ring, 6 in the outer inner ring, 12 in the inner outer ring. The backlight can be controlled using TT RGB PLUS 2.0, NeonMaker, TT AI Voice Control and Amazon Alexa software.
