These are the new faces of KINAL-PASOK of Nikos Androulakis

By decision of the President of PASOK and the Movement for Change, Nikos Androulakis, the following positions are announced:

– Spokesperson, the current Director of the Parliamentary Group, Dimitris Mantzos.

– Deputy Spokesperson, Alimos Lawyer and Municipal Councilor Anastasia Simitropoulou.

– Halkidiki MP Apostolos Panas will head the Committee for the Self-Organization of the Movement.

– Director of the Office of the President of PASOK and the Movement for Change, Lawyer Elena Anastasiou.

– Leader of the Parliamentary Group, Thanasis Glavinas

– Head of Human Resources for PASOK and the Movement for Change, Mara Koukoudaki.

– Head of the Ballot Committee, the former Member of Parliament for Ioannina Evangelos Argyris.

Curriculum vitae

The following are the respective CVs:

Dimitris Mantzos, Spokesperson

He was born in Patras in 1982.

Lawyer, accredited mediator. A graduate of the Law School of Thessaloniki, holder of a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law and a PhD candidate in Law at the University of Athens.

He was the Director of the Parliamentary Group of the Movement for Change, from July 2019 until today. Since 2015, he has served in Parliament as a collaborator of Fofi Gennimata, with the main subject being Justice and Institutions. In the period 2011-2014 he worked as a consultant at the Ministry of Justice, specializing in cooperation with international organizations and legal aid.

Member of the Central Political Committee of the Movement for Change and of the Secretariat of the Justice Department of the party. In the period before the constitutional revision of 2019, he participated as a member of the Committee of Positions of the Democratic Coalition for Constitutional and Institutional Reform.

Full member of the Central Mediation Committee and Executive Secretary of the Organization for the Promotion of Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods.

He speaks English and German.

Married and father of an eight-year-old son.

Anastasia Simitropoulou, Deputy Spokesperson

He was born in 1983 and comes from Krokees, Laconia.

She has studied at the Law School of Athens and since September 2007 she has been a Lawyer, having since 2010 created her own Law Office in Alimos, Attica.

Since 2010 she has been elected Municipal Councilor in the Municipality of Alimos. He served as Deputy Mayor of the Department of Administrative Services, e-government, transparency & legal issues from 2014 to 2017. He then took over as Deputy Mayor of the Department of Social Services & Legal Service, a position he holds to this day.

He has served, among others: Vice President of the Secondary School Committee of the Municipality (2013-2014), is a Founding Member of the “Grigoris Lambrakis” Foundation. He is also a regular member of the Association of Municipalities of the Metropolitan Pole (Sy.D.Mi.P.) “. (2020 until today)

He speaks English and French.

Apostolos Panas, Head of the Committee for the Self-Organization of the Movement

He was born on May 22, 1979 in N. Kallikratia, Halkidiki.

Member of Parliament for Halkidiki, Head of Development and Investment of the PASOK Parliamentary Group – Movement for Change

He is a graduate of the “Applied Informatics” department of the University of Macedonia. He completed postgraduate studies obtaining two postgraduate degrees, in “Special Education and Training” and in “Local and Regional Development and Local Government” from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.


Elena Anastasiou, Director of the Office of the President of PASOK and the Movement for Change

He was born in Athens in 1978.

Lawyer, graduate of the Athens Law School with a Master’s Degree in European Union and European Community Law (Commercial Law and Competition Law) at the University of Strasbourg – Law Department of Robert Schuman III University.

He is a member of the Central Committee of the Movement for Change PASOK – Movement for Change, while he has been a member of the Political Council from 2015 to 2017. From 2014 to 2019 he was President of the 1st Municipal Community and Center of Athens.

He speaks English, French and Spanish.

She is married and has two children.


Mara Koukoudaki, Head of Human Resources

He was born in 1982 in Piraeus, where he grew up.

He has studied Political Science and Modern and Contemporary History. She has been working in the private sector since her student years until today.

During the years he studied at the TEI of Athens and at Panteion University, he was active in the PASP. In 2007 he was elected to the Central Youth Council of PASOK. Continuing her political activity, she was elected in 2015 to the Central Political Committee of PASOK and was a candidate for MP in the same year in A ‘Piraeus.

Since the creation of the Movement for Change, he has participated in all the central bodies and is an elected member of the Central Political Committee and the Ethics, Statute Implementation and Certification Committee.

She speaks English and French and is married.

Thanasis Glavinas, Director of the Parliamentary Group

He was born in 1987 in Thessaloniki.

He is a Lawyer in Thessaloniki and graduated from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace. He completed postgraduate studies in Public and European Law at the Law School of DUTH, Bonn and Graz.

Today he is a candidate for a doctorate in Constitutional Law and conducts tutoring courses in Constitutional Law at the Law School of DUTH.

He has also served as a Fellow of the German Federal Parliament and as an Associate Member of the SPD in Berlin, and has worked for the European Commission in Brussels. He is a member of the Central Political Committee of PASOK – Movement for Change.

He speaks English and German.

Vangelis Argyris, Head of the Ballot Committee

He was born in Rodotopi, Ioannina in 1952.

He studied at the School of Mechanical Engineering of the Ministry of Industry. From 1982 to 2000 he was President of the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives and President of PASEGES from 1990 to 1993.

He has also served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture from 2000 to 2004 and was elected PASOK MP from 1993 to 2012. From 2009 to 2012 he was the Third Deputy Speaker of Parliament.

He is married and the father of 2 children.
