In response to your letter of 29/08/2022, we inform you, in accordance with article 31 par. 3 in conjunction with article 29 par. 5 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, that the examination committee, as it was decided to be set up by decision of Parliament on August 29, 2022 for the “examination of the case of violation of the confidentiality of the communications of the President of PA.SO.K.-KINEMATOS ALLAGIS and MEP Mr. Nikos Androulakis by the National Intelligence Service (ISP) or by other natural or legal persons , the confirmed attempt to trap his mobile phone with the malicious predator software, the illegal use of it in Greek territory and the investigation into the existence of responsibilities of the Prime Minister Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis and any other involved natural or legal person”, by the Parliamentary Group of PASOK-Movement for Change will be attended by the MPs Evangelia Liakoulis and Dimitris Biagis.
In the event of an emergency disability of one of the two MPs, MP Georgios Mulkiotis is designated as a replacement.
