Its police authorities Peru are looking for three people who broke into a sporting goods store and grabbed more than 200 shoes.
The theft took place in a shop in the city of Huancayo and the perpetrators believed that they had succeeded, until they realized that all the sports shoes they stole were for the right foot, not a pair.
According to the BBC, the store owner estimated the value of the stolen goods to be around 12,000 euros, but the perpetrators will not be able to resell the shoes or use them themselves. The rubble for them, after all, was not so good…

Their movements were recorded by the security camera and the footage shows them breaking the lock in the middle of the night and carrying boxes of shoes, of various brands, on a tricycle.
The chief of the local police commented that “we have gathered evidence at the scene. The strange thing about this theft is that the shoes that were stolen were all on the right side.. “With their footage and fingerprints, we will be able to identify these individuals,” he concluded.
