A construction company built a half-million-dollar home on the wrong lot and is now being forced to demolish it, as well as pay for damages. The incredible story began in 2018, when lots at Hawaiian Paradise Park in Hawaii went up for public auction, with Annaleine “Anne” Reynolds from California buying a plot of land for $22,500, becoming one of the many new owners at the time. At the same time, Keaau Development contracted PJ’s Construction to build 12 homes on some of the area’s newly sold lots.
