Jeremy Zielinski and his wife Elaine from the United Kingdom have a madness with horses, so in 1986 they bought 17 acres of land in Great Abington, Cambridgeshire. In 2014 they were licensed to build a two -storey stallion semen collection center, which would also provide medical services for horses. In 2017, construction began and work was completed three years later, with the couple moving to the place with their two adult children.
