Former beauty queen María Hilda “N”, better known as “Miss Tortura”, “Lili Bustillos”, “Liliana” or simply “Lili”, was accused and apprehended for the crime of human trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation.
The complaint was filed by an indigenous woman who worked at her home. It is said that several of her employees escaped and remained silent for fear of reprisals against her.

These offers were advertised on social networks and in the municipality of Zacapoaxtla, Puebla, from where indigenous women were selected. Unfortunately, upon arriving at their homes, the women were locked up, received no payment, and were victims of physical, verbal, psychological, and emotional abuse.
