The Attorney General of the State of Jalisco (FGE) in collaboration with the graphoscopy specialist from the Jalisco Institute of Forensic Sciences Quetzalli Meza determined that Luz Raquel Padilla Gutiérrez (who died of burns on July 19 in Zapopan, Jalisco) was the author of the threats written on the stairs of the building in which she lived against herself.
Upon determining this information, Sergio Ismael “N”, a resident of Luz Raquel who was identified as the alleged perpetrator of attacks and threats, was released and paid a fine of 15,000 pesos as reparation for the damage to the indirect victims.
Through a video on Twitter, prosecutor Luis Joaquín Méndez Ruiz announced the conclusions of graphoscopy expert Quetzalli Meza. He analyzed the letters on the walls, that of Luz Raquel and that of her neighbor Sergio “N”, designated as an intellectual aggressor.
When analyzing the writing on the walls and the writing of Luz Raquel sent by the Public Ministry agent, enough graphic similarities were found to determine that they correspond to the same graphic origin.

Amnesty International (AI) expressed its dissatisfaction with the statements made by prosecutor Méndez, affirming that these “could lead to various human rights violations.” In addition, he regretted that the prosecution made public the investigation folder of the Luz Raquel case without having conclusive evidence, for which he will take the necessary legal action against this act.
For its part, the victim’s family has chosen to remain silent and stay away from the media. However, several Internet users showed their discontent through social networks.
The investigations do not seem logical to them
They believe that it is one more case of revictimization
demand justice
They neither forgive nor forget
