Third suspicious for the death of a teacher is arrested in SP

The Civil Police arrested on Sunday morning (11) the third suspect of being involved in the death of Professor Fernanda Reinecke Bonin, 42, who was murdered in late April in Sao Paulo.

The arrest of Rosemberg Joaquim de Santana was confirmed to CNN by delegate Ivalda Aleixo, director of the director of the Department of Homicides and Protection of Persons (DHPP).

According to the investigations, Rosemberg acted as a “do everything” by Fernanda Loureiro Fazio, 45, who is former partner of the victim and is preemptively prey to suspected of being the mastermind of the crime. She would have set an ambush against Bonin with the help of four other people.

Police said five people are involved in the crime. In addition to Fazio and Rosemberg are João Paulo Bourquin, Ivo Resende dos Santos and a woman who was not named. The three men have a history of murder and drug involvement.

Bonin’s body was found on April 28 on a wasteland in the south of the capital, with strangling marks. The investigation points out that she was attracted to Fazio to the scene of the crime under the pretext of helping a broken car – which was later denied by a technical report.

A knife and a cell phone without chip were found in Bonin’s car, but police believe she was killed only by strangulation. According to delegate Ivalda Aleixo, director of the homicide department, the victim was killed with a shoelaces and “João Paulo had a collection of laces at home.”

The case is treated as femicide and continues under investigation by DHPP, which still seeks to clarify the order of participation of those involved and arrest all suspects.
