Thirties, here’s what to do to save your skin

But what are the fundamental steps for this to happen? We talked about it with Dr. Corinna Rigoni, President of the Women Dermatologists Association. Here are the ten steps that a neo-thirty-year-old cannot forget absolutely.

1.Face: «Excellent peelings, moisturizing and illuminating face masks, and in the case of a skin that is already particularly dull or stressed, always under the advice of the dermatologist, you can try biostimulation based on hyaluronic acid and vitamins. 8.Detergence: «Choose delicate products and never forget to include an exfoliating cream in your rituals».
