Samsung has ditched its own Tizen operating system in favor of Google Wear OS 3 for its Galaxy Watch4 smartwatches, but the South Korean manufacturer is using the operating system with the One UI shell. Now, fresh screenshots of a clean Wear OS 3 operating system have leaked online, showing the redesign and changes from earlier versions.

In particular, a screenshot with the voice assistant Google Assistant is shown. The step counter hints at integration with Fitbit. This has also been seen in the marketing images of the Google Pixel Watch.
A screenshot of the messages app shows the avatar and username, as well as the last contact time and a couple of recent messages. You can also see the main screen of the Messages app, which allows you to start a new chat or open existing ones.

A few more screenshots showcase the YouTube Music and Google Pay apps. Google’s Pixel Watch smartwatch is believed to be the first to get a clean Wear OS 3 operating system. It will most likely be released alongside the Pixel 6a as early as May.
