Three Brazilian parks are among the ten “Best Theme and Water Parks” in the world in 2022, according to the Traveller’s Choice Awards annual ranking carried out by the travel platform TripAdvisor .
Thirdly appears the Beto Carrero World , in the city of Penha, Santa Catarina. already the hot park located in Rio Quente, Goiás, ranked 6th, while Florybal Magic Land Park in Canela, Rio Grande do Sul, is in 10th place.
According to TripAdvisor, the list includes the “best places to scream, dive and feel a good dose of adrenaline, according to travelers in love with emotion”. The survey considered votes cast between May 2021 and April 2022.
In first place is the Siam Park a water park located off the coast of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands, which has been voted the best in the world for almost a decade by users of the platform.
Considered the largest in Europe, there are 185 square kilometers with attractions ranging from surfing on giant waves – which reach three meters in height -, sliding on toboggans at high speed or going up to 28 meters in the Tower of Power attraction, where the visitor slides through a tank full of sharks.
Altogether, the ranking lists 25 parks spread across several countries, such as the United Kingdom (5th The Milky Way Adventure Park) or the United Arab Emirates (19th Ferrari World Abu Dhabi).
The North American Magic Kingdom (21st), in Orlando, Florida, and Universal Studios Hollywood (23rd), in Los Angeles, also appear on the list. Check out the top ten below:
