Three children are rescued after sexual abuse; Parents are arrested

Three girls, 6, 7 and 10 years old, victims of sexual violence were rescued by the Civil Police on the morning of Thursday (1), in the city of Nova Olinda, located in Tocantins. According to the corporation, abuse were committed by children of children.

The 25 -year -old mother, the stepfather, 40, and her uncle, 37, were arrested in compliance with a pre -trial detention warrant. The arrests occurred after police received a complaint from the city council of the city that claimed that the children were abused indoors by relatives.

The girls underwent expert examinations and according to Fellipe Crivelaro, chief delegate of the 33rd Police Station of Nova Olinda, the three had a positive result for expert examination of carnal conjunction. He also reported that the level of violence suffered by one of them was so great that it made it difficult to perform the exams, due to injuries in genitalia.

Immediately, the three suspects must be responsible for rape of vulnerable, including the mother as a parent.

The children were taken to a shelter in the city of Araguaína (TO). Already the woman and the two men arrested, were taken to the 5th Civil Police Care Center in the same municipality.

After the appropriate legal proceedings, the two men were sent to the Araguaína Prison Unit and the woman to the female pineapple unit, where he remains, available to the courts.
