A Russian missile struck an industrial area in the northern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on Sunday, killing three civilians and injuring at least five others, and setting a publishing house on fire, local authorities said. The Kharkiv region, which borders Russia in its northern part and stretches close to the front line, has been systematically attacked during the two-year Russian invasion. “According to initial information, it was a cruise missile. A big fire is raging where the publishing house is located,” regional governor Oleh Sinekhubov told state television. A furniture and paint factory was also affected by the attack, added Serhii Bolvinov, head of the investigative service of the local police, as reported by APE – MPE.
