Three dead in Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon

Three people, including two Hezbollah fighters, were killed in Israeli strikes targeting several towns in southern Lebanon overnight, the Shiite party and the National News Agency ANI reported. The border between Lebanon and Israel has been the scene of almost daily exchanges of fire since the start of the war between Hamas and Israel in the Gaza Strip more than six months ago. Since the beginning of the week Hezbollah has intensified its attacks while the war in Gaza continues unabated.
