While attending Duke University, one of our founders began experiencing symptoms of depression. To get over her depression, her counselor told her about an incredible study done at the university. Dr. Brian Sexton, Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke Medical School, found that simply listing three good things in a certain way increases happiness more than Prozac!
