Three new general secretariats and general positions are established. secretaries in the Ministries of Finance, Labor and Environment

According to a draft Presidential Decree, three new general secretariats and corresponding positions of general secretaries are established in the Ministries of Finance, Labor and Environment. More specifically, a special secretariat for Financial Controls is established in the Ministry of Finance, as well as a corresponding position of Secretary General. This new special secretariat is subordinated to the Secretary General of Fiscal Policy and transfers to it all the responsibilities, organizational positions and staff: a) of the General Directorate of Financial Controls and b) of the General Directorate of Controls of Co-financed Programs.

In addition, a general secretariat for employment support is established in the Ministry of Labor, as well as a corresponding position of general secretary. The new General Secretariat will have as its main task the coordination and management of programs funded by the Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF). In this new general secretariat of the Ministry of Labor are transferred all the responsibilities, organic positions and the staff:

1) The Directorate for Integration at Work of the General Directorate for Labor Relations, Health and Safety at Work and Integration at Work,

2) The Directorate of Social and Solidarity Economy,

3) The NSRF staff structure of the Ministry of Labor,

4) The NSRF staff structure of the Ministry of Labor, Social Solidarity and

5) The NSRF staff structure of the Ministry of Labor, Sector of Employment and Social Economy.

At the same time, the General Secretariat of Labor of the Ministry of Labor is renamed the General Secretariat of Labor Relations and all the responsibilities of the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of Labor Policy of the Directorate of Labor Integration, related to the pandemic.

Also, in the Ministry of Environment is established a general secretariat of Forests and a corresponding position of general secretary. In this new secretariat are transferred, as a set of responsibilities, organic positions and staff, the general directorate of Forests and Forest Environment and the services that were transferred to the ministry of Environment with the from 13.8.2021 PNP.
