A three-story building collapsed on Sunday (3), in the neighborhood of Cosme de Farias, in Salvador. According to the Bahia Fire Department, until 22:40, there was no record of victims.
Salvador’s Civil Defense was also called in to act on the spot. Still according to the firefighters, dogs from the Operations Company carried out the sweep and attested that there were no victims among the rubble.
The collapse occurred around 8 pm. Images released by firefighters show rubble and loose wiring at the scene, while the animals search. There is still no word on what caused the collapse.
