Hasset rejected the court ruling on international trade in the US, which blocked most of the duties and ruled that the US president had overcome his powers as a “activist judges”. He said he was sure that the government would win the appeal it has filed. The government’s view is that many countries will open their markets to US products in the coming two months, Hasset said. “If there are any obstacles here and there because of the decisions that make activist judges, this should not concern you at all, and it will certainly not affect the negotiations,” Hasset said.
