Tibet celebrates 60 years of autonomy with songs, dances and red flags of the Chinese Party

In his 60s as an autonomous Chinese region, Tibet today marked with songs, dances and a parade in his capital, Lhasa, with thousands of people cheering on holding small red flags between placards who called on everyone to follow his communist leadership. The festivities, held in a large square near the Potala Palace, the former winter residence of Dalai Lama, coincided with a rare visit by China President Xi Jing, and a huge delegation from Beijing.
