Ticketmaster Hellas chooses Epsilon Digital for its electronic invoicing

Ticketmaster Hellas, a member of Live Nation Entertainment and a leading show ticket company, which sells over 500 million tickets annually and supports more than 12,500 customers in 33 countries, has opted for Epsilon Digital, the automated, technologically innovative and secure SaaS certified service Electronic Invoicing of the Epsilon Net Group.

With the Epsilon Digital solution, Ticketmaster Hellas automates the process of sending and authenticating its documents to AADE directly from its ticketing platform.

Epsilon Digital is one of the first software to be licensed by the Independent Public Revenue Authority as an electronic billing provider software. The solution achieves the authentication, the acceptance and the archiving of invoices / documents with automated procedures for the transmission of sales documents to AADE and to the final recipients, offering an upgraded user experience, through a friendly and easy-to-use environment. Epsilon Digital covers all companies and sectors of the market, with security and validity, as it has ISO certifications, while it is connected with the applications of the Epsilon Net Group, as well as with applications of third parties. It is worth mentioning that the solution was distinguished at the Impact BITE Awards 2021 in the categories “Digital Transformation of a Business Model” and in the “Introduction_of_New_Innovative_Product”, while it was also distinguished at the Accounting Awards 2020.

Upon completion and receipt of the solution, Ticketmaster Hellas will now be able to:
1) simplify the daily life of its users by utilizing innovative cloud technologies

2) issues, transmits and manages easily, quickly, safely and certified the huge volume of its documents, without the use of a tax mechanism;

3) receives data in real time and from anywhere, since Epsilon Digital communicates real time with the myDATA platform of AADE and

4) minimizes its costs, as it does not require investments in equipment or infrastructure, while, at the same time, significantly reduces the invoicing time and achieves the transition to a paperless office, ensuring timely and valid adaptation to an ever-changing legal environment.
