After 35 years, “Tieta” is back on TV Globo screens starting this Monday (2). Signed by Aguinaldo Silva, Ana Maria Moretzoshn and Ricardo Linhares, the booklet will be displayed on the board “Worth Seeing Again” .
In the plot, adapted from the novel “Tieta do Agestes” by Jorge Amado, the public follows the story of Tieta (Claudia Ohana in the first phase), being chased away from her hometown by her own father, Zé Esteves (Sebastião Vasconcelos) who does not accept the young woman’s liberal behavior.
After a passage of time of 25 years, the protagonist (Betty Faria in the second stage), who now lives in São Paulo, reappears in Santana in Agreste, completely different: rich and determined to take revenge on everyone who mistreated her in the past.
