Ticket sales at the Tietê and Barra Funda Bus Terminals, in the capital of São Paulo, were partially resumed this Wednesday (2). The departures for Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba and Florianópolis have already started to be re-established.
A portion of the matches were suspended due to road closures caused by demonstrations against the victory of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) in the 2022 elections.
According to Socicam, the concessionaire that manages the terminals, departures from other smaller cities are also starting to resume, but with low demand.
The company also informed that the movement of passengers remains calm in both bus terminals.
The orientation is that passengers with purchased tickets or who wish to reschedule their trips look for the responsible bus companies.
From Monday (31), when roadblocks began, until early Wednesday morning (2), it is estimated that approximately 1,400 buses were cancelled, considering departures from Tietê and Barra Funda Terminals.
