TikToker claims to have saved his life by eating raw liver, testicles and bone marrow… every day

In the age of social media everything is online and everything… is possible. Every day we see from conspiracy theories to unthinkable life hacks that promise prosperity and longevity. In this context A man in the US claims that his life has changed since he started his “cave people diet”, eating testicles, raw liver and bone marrow every day.

Brian Johnson, from the USA, changed his life about 20 years ago, after noticing that his children were still sick. So he decided to cut out all processed foods and began to follow what he called the “Nine Ancestor Principles”, which dictate how he eats, exercises and sleeps.

He has since become known as the “King of the Liver” due to the fact that he consumes a kilo of raw liver every day and publishes regular updates to his account at TikTok where he trains and displays his impressive physique.

“We saved our children’s lives and ours”

Speaking about his decision to change his family’s lifestyle, Brian said: “The more my boys interacted with the modern world, the more intense their allergies became.

“The time outside the house led to urticaria. Even the interaction with our family dogs caused shortness of breath, swollen eyes and runny nose. My real awakening happened when one of my sons stopped breathing. We were lucky. “We arrived at the hospital on time,” he commented.

He continued: “My wife and I were determined to address the cause. Never try our luck again. We did what all parents would do: we tried everything. And from there our journey began.

First, we abolished processed foods. We began to restore the diet of our ancestors: seasonal fruits and vegetables, animals from nose to tail, including the most nutrient-rich part of all. Liver.

In just two weeks, we have seen radical changes in our boys’ well-being.

The “Nine Ancestral Principles” that TikToker follows literally are: Proper sleep, daily exercise, shield from external dangers such as… wifi, diet, sun exposure and cold, daily achievement of goals, contact with nature, close ties with family.
