TikTok’s tips for facing 2021 with positivity

After such a complicated 2020, starting the new year with optimism and confidence in the future is not exactly the most immediate thing in the world.

Usually, I am a person who loves to make plans and plans and in January I am full of energy for the next twelve months, but this time the spirit is completely different. To deal with this impasse, I started looking for some tips to help me deal with this situation and I found some very useful ones on TikTok. Indeed, scrolling in the videos associated with some hastags such as #goalsetting or #newyearresolution there are several very useful tips to face 2021 with positivity. They are still in the running-in phase, but here are the ones that seem quite decisive to me:

Social isolation and quarantine have messed up all our habits, even those that made us feel good. I know this is the classic thing to sigh for: “Eh, easier said than done.” Very true, but starting to identify the relationships that make us feel bad and understanding why we feel this way to confront these people is a huge step forward.
