The fact is that the trailer, with which the developers announced 12 Minutes, caused a lot of discussion – after watching it, the gamer will most likely understand absolutely nothing from what is happening on the screen. In one scene in a small room a woman lies covered in blood, in another – the same woman is handcuffed, in the next a man in black appears. Who are all these people, what are they doing, why are they doing this, and why does the story seem to restart every time? The theme of Groundhog Day itself is far from new for the entertainment market – there are several cult films on the theme of constantly recurring events at once, and there are plenty of video games too. But the developers of this game presented their plot a little differently, more bloodily, nervously and emotionally, and there is very little time to understand the events taking place. But for connoisseurs of thrillers and the growing tension, 12 Minutes will be a real gift, because the scriptwriters did not work in vain to write hundreds of options for the development of the storyline.
