Timothée Chalamet and Michael Stuhlbarg, together again for Luca Guadagnino

A new film, for an already run-in cast. Luca Guadagnino, who will shoot his first US film in Ohio, has decided to take back the protagonists of Call me by your name. Timothée Chalamet, a Hollywood year more full than ever, e Michael Stuhlbarg, Mr. Perlman of the film dated 2017, will be opposite poles of an unedited story. Bones and All, adaptation of the novel of the same name written by Camille De Angelis, is a complex tale, of marginalization and misery, of a past that returns, with overwhelming fury.

Bones and All, in whose cast Guadagnino also wanted Francesca Scorsese, is the chronicle of a love, born between Maren, a woman forced to live on the margins of society, and Lee, a vagabond. The two, to whom the surrounding world seems to have denied any right to exist, are alone in Ronald Reagan’s America, determined to make their way into the country that should be his home, but unable to leave their tormented past behind.
