After filing a birthday cake on a petition in the context of a lawsuit stopped five years ago, the Pernambuco Court of Justice (TJPE) was busy and is concluded for trial.
Lawyer Délio Fortes Lins e Silva gave “congratulations” to Judge Alberto Nogueira Virgínio for the five years of a appeal filed in 2020. The petition is on February 25, 2025 and the lawyer states that “it is a long time for a magistrate to judge a mere appeal without any legal complexity.”

Delio said he was “embarrassed” by waiting time and claims to be aware that “insolence” may harm him. “Let it do it, but do it soon. Do not take, excellence, five more years to do so, ”he says in the document.
Questioned by CNN the TJPE stated that the judge will not position himself, “in obedience to the Organic Law of the National Judiciary (Loman), which prohibits members of the judiciary expresses, by any means of communication, opinion or information about process in processing.”
