Today is the general meeting of Intrakat – The background

In the midst of his important questions and revelations Capital.gr on the place, time and price, the composition of the new board of directors that has been proposed as well as on the major issue that has arisen regarding the commitments made, in the form of a statement of intent, by the former principals shareholders of Intrakat, the general assembly of the construction Group’s shareholders is being held today regarding the election of a new board of directors.

As announced, Alexandros Exarchou, a close associate of the shipowners Mpakos and Kaimenakis, will assume the duties of Vice President and CEO of the construction group, while Niki Tzavella will assume the role of President. Also, Haris Pamboukis, Konstantinos Hatzipanagiotis, Antigoni Yokari, Nikolaos Vougioukas, Efstathios Tsotsoros and Athanasios Schizas are proposed as members of the board of directors.

According to information, A. Exarchou is expected to give answers – explanations about the coordination of action of the two shipping twins, contradicting what has been heard in the last few days.

The Capital Market Commission has already sent a letter to the shipowners on whether there is coordination of actions between the shipowners Baku – Kaimenakis and Gotsi – Angelou. The investigation was prompted after the topic was raised in recent days with articles and reports from the Capital.gr.

The Capital Market Commission, in its question to the new shareholders of Intrakat, asks to know whether “cooperation agreements exist between the persons, natural and legal, who announced that they bought shares either among themselves or with the natural persons who control them or with Intracom, as well as whether they have joint investments, whether they are acting in concert under the public offer law, or whether they had to make an announcement of a change in voting rights in the past.

The former Intrakat executive, D. Koutras (who owns 8.13%), will not attend the general assembly, while he will vote against the proposal to elect a new board of directors.

The same information states that the former vice president of Intrakat has already left his office.
