The judges of the Court of Appeal of Tirana are expected to announce their decision on the appeal of Fredis Beleris today, Tuesday 25/6. The hearing procedure of the trial in the second degree was completed ten days ago with the elected MEP of the New Democracy party declaring “that I am not being tried by this composition of the court, but by the prime minister of Albania, Edi Rama”, as his request for exception of a judge who was not drawn, but “appointed” to the composition of the court.
