The DJ, who ended his life at a resort in Muscat, Oman, was a “fragile soul” who “could not move on with life anymore,” his relatives said.

The announcement, translated from Swedish, reads as follows: “Our beloved Tim was a seeker, a fragile artistic soul looking for answers to existential questions. A perfectionist who managed the impossible by traveling and working hard at rhythms that led him to extreme stress.

When he stopped touring, he wanted to find a balance in life to be happy. He struggled against thoughts of substance, life, happiness. He could not go on anymore».
