«I am lucky to have professional training partners and we always run together. I don’t mind running alone, but with music. Without it, I don’t do more than twenty minutes because I think about the duration of the training. With music, on the other hand, I am able to travel in my world, I start thinking about many things and it passes quickly ».

What other passions do you have?
“When I’m not working out, I take a walk around town and play on the Playstation. I would like to play football with friends, but it is not feasible because you need rest and there is a risk of getting hurt. In gatherings we also play cards ».

«In Trentino when I am not in retreat. I live in the city of Trento by some and I am lucky: I have cycle paths, dirt cycle paths, parks. Many colleagues have to train on the sidewalks and with the cars next to them ».

«In recent years, yes, driven by Gianmarco Tamberi who is captain from all points of view. We are growing a lot in middle distance, in jumps, in speed with Jacobs. At a European level we are among the strongest, we will do good things at the Olympics ».
