His wife Rita Wilson shared a photo with Lisa Marie, her mother and daughter, writing: “Our hearts are broken by the sudden and shocking death of Lisa Marie. Tom and I had been spending some time with the family during the tour promoting the movie ‘Elvis.’
“He was so honest and direct, he was looking forward to the premiere of the film. She spoke so tenderly about her father, explained what the film meant to her…She opened her home, Graceland, to us and made us feel at home. If you haven’t heard her music, go listen to it. She had an amazing voice, a strength and tenderness, which I always loved,” Wilson noted, among other things.
