The stunt double Tony McFarr was found dead on the outskirts of his home in Orlando, United States, this Monday (13). The information was confirmed by your mother , Donna, this Thursday (16) in an interview with TMZ magazine. The cause of death still has not been defined .
According to her, his passing was “shocking” as he had a healthy and active lifestyle. McFarr worked as a stunt double for Chris Pratt in the productions of “Guardians of the Galaxy” and “Jurassic World” and with other actors in “The Hunger Games”, “The Fast and the Furious” and “Captain America”.
McFarr began acting in 2007, appearing in episodes of “Army Wives” and “MacGyver”, but later dedicated himself to a career as a stuntman. His first work with Chris Pratt was on “Jurassic World”, returning to “Passengers”, “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom” and “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2”.
In recent times he has been dedicating himself to entrepreneurship, having opened cinema-themed restaurants in Florida, in the United States. Tony McFarr is survived by a daughter, his parents and sisters.
