It seems that the situation with gaming services in Samsung smartphones has moved to a whole new level. The company did not notice the problems at all for several years, but now everything has changed.

Dae Moon Roh (TM Roh), head of Samsung’s mobile division, has reportedly apologized to company executives and employees over the Games Optimization Service (GOS) scandal.
According to Moon Ro, the situation was formed due to broken communication within the company. The top manager promised to establish and strengthen these ties in the future. Apparently, this means that the problem with GOS services either did not reach the people responsible for it, or was unreasonably ignored by them, because of which the entire company suffered. True, why Moon Ro did not apologize to users at the same time is unclear.
The source also reports that even during the development of the Galaxy S22 line of smartphones, there was already an opinion within the company that the devices needed a more efficient cooling system. But for some reason, in the end, Samsung never implemented anything like this.
